January 18th, 2008
Can there be any mistakes that can exclude a scholarship application? Well, you bet. And if you settle on the gold medal at the national stage of competition, any mistake is impermissible. Even at some local level, when the competition is great, one error can bring about the loss of financing.

She misspelled salutatorian. Believe it! How could that happen? Of course, this should have been seen. Was it an error of keyboard? Maybe.
One more application from a student on the college baseball team stated that he won the batting title with the score .259 average. Do you now anything concerning baseball? Probably, the number 2 must have been a 4, 5, or 6.
